Brian was born and raised in Walterboro, South Carolina, the place he still calls home today. He attended high school at Colleton Prep Academy. Upon graduation, like his father and older brother, he attended The Citadel, where in 2020 he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business. After obtaining his undergraduate degree Brian received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Charleston School of Law in 2023.

Upon completion of law school, Brian also served as a law clerk in the 6th Judicial Circuit for Judge Brian M. Gibbons where he attained a great amount of hands-on legal experience and knowledge within both the areas of civil and criminal law. After completing his clerkship, Brian returned home to work alongside his father and brother at the Murdaugh Law Group.

Brian’s practice emphasizes a variety of legal matters in the areas of personal injury and also defending clients in the face of criminal charges. He focuses on providing clients with personal and professional relationship from the moment of their consultation. He is constantly striving for excellence and is fully committed to pursing justice on behalf of his clients so that they may get the best possible results.
